Dear FSL experts, I would like to compare different atlases with the centroid criteria: i.e., I select atlases that have different centroid, in order to have always different labels; but, the centroid (as coordinates x,y,z) regards a point in the space, where the brain regions are a volume in the space: so, where could I find each volume for each centroid in the way to compare regions and not points between different atlases?
