Hello all, I would like to flip through a series of statistical image volumes (4D nifti) overlaid on a 3D view of a structural image. I've played around with the 3D viewer in FSLView but it doesn't seem to allow this. I can view a single volume but nothing updates when I change the volume field. Does FSLView have this capability? If not, can anyone recommend other software? (Something fairly plug-and-play using the nifti format would be best). Ideally I would be able to load the structural image and overlay two 4D niftis (with matching dimensions, set to different colors), then interactively flip through the volumes and alter the depth on the cortical surface rendering.
