Moving an exam certainly isn't listed in the AA book under 'other arrangements for candidates with disabilities' (pg 69), neither is it mentioned in the ICE book for any other reason than a clash (pg 10). As she already has rest breaks I think the only other thing you can offer is longer ones. We have an A Level student who has this year has started her 3rd year with us, in the past she has received supervised rest breaks, this year however she is now asking for her PM exams to be moved to the AM as she tires in the afternoon. My initial reaction is no as it's not her normal way of working, she has sat afternoon exams quite happily in the past, her medical evidence doesn't say anything about afternoon's being an issue and she attends afternoon classes. I know I don't necessarily have to show normal way of working etc but I feel I need a certain amount of information to make a sound decision so that an unfair advantage isn't given. What would you do/offer?
