The Herman Deleeck Centre for Social Policy invites you to participate in the Final Conference of the ImPRovE Project:
ImPRovE Final Conference
3-5 February 2016
University of Antwerp, Antwerp
The ImPRovE research project (2012-2016) aims to contribute to a better understanding of how the EU and its member states can tackle the persistent problem of poverty
in Europe. In this final conference, we bring together researchers, policy makers and NGOs to discuss the main output of the ImPRovE project and contributions from related studies.
The conference opens on Wednesday 3 February with a round table on social innovation in the morning and an afternoon and evenening session on More’s Utopia from
the perspective of Social Europe, organised in cooperation with the Centre
Pieter Gillis.
On Thursday 4 and Friday 5 February, the results of the ImPRovE project,
financed under the 7th Framework
Programme of the European Commission, are presented and discussed.
