Dear All,
I have been trying to prepare a briefing note for the new EU DP regulation and I do not how to explain the fine process.
The fine says it is for turnover. I can understand this for a business. How do we understand this for a public authority.
Is it our overall spend which is different from our budget or is it our overall income and if so is there a specific way to determine that income in that we may receive money but passport it on to others.
I would be grateful to know how others are approaching this.
