Dear Colleagues I was wondering if anyone has a really well established and successful BME Staff Network at their institution? We are looking to form a self-sustaining BME Staff Network at Goldsmiths in the coming months. It would be great to hear from other successful BME Staff Networks about what has worked for them, how they were initially set up, what role they play at their institution, and the type of activities they have got involved with. I'm sure they will be a fantastic a source of inspiration to our network! I also think that building links now might open up networking opportunities between networks in other institutions in the future.
