Hi Kirsten,

If you are willing to consider third-party add-ons to your SharePoint platform, RecordPoint (www.recordpoint.com) has a feature allowing the archival of wiki pages (and indeed any other type of SharePoint list item), including the ability to archive versions as they are created - thus facilitating the capture and maintenance of superceded wiki data.

Let me know if you would like more information on this,

Best regards,

Tony

Subject: Archiving wiki's in SharePoint

Hi,

Does anyone have any processes they are willing to share regarding archiving wiki’s maintained in SharePoint?  Some of our users are using wiki’s to maintain records and we need to start looking at how we capture superseded data.

Thank you.

Regards,

Kirsten
