I wouldn’t deem the TUC to be an expert body but it is disturbing that so many employees will blindly follow their lead.

TUCs advice (below) on what a "basic" OH service should provide. ..all though a treatment service may be valid in some locations/industries it is disappointing that they are being so categorical about this and other things  being a basic tenet of all OH services
