It's essentially an administration of training and stock ordering role so it's a very expensive use of specialised OH time. My last company it was managed by the Training team as they coordinated all courses for company and Facilities did stock as they did for all on site stock (stationary to furniture). They were expecting me to take it over but I did the sums and once my boss saw that he saw my point of view.
