we have a weird system in Kew - this job isn't managing curators in the same way collections managers do at the NHM. Kew uses 'collections management' in an odd way.

his job looking after the people who do the loans and specimens in/out. kind of like a specimen post room.

Just comment that it seems really quite low pay - less than the MA suggests generally for a collections' manager in charge of a team, and it is in London.
