UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS, FACULTY OF ARTS POSTGRADUATE RESEARCH OPEN DAY, 18 NOVEMBER 2015, 10.30AM-4.00PM

 

Find out about postgraduate research in the Faculty of Arts, University of Leeds, including in the School of Philosophy, Religion, and History of Science. Explore our facilities, meet with staff and students and learn more about submitting a research proposal and funding opportunities.

 

The programme is as follows:

 

10.30 – 12.30 School of Philosophy, Religion and History of Science

 

An introductory presentation  from the Director of Postgraduate Research, information about the School and research applications, a tour of School facilities and the University campus and an opportunity to talk to current postgraduate researchers.

 

12.30 – 1.30 Lunch in University House

 

Informal meetings with potential Supervisors.

 

1.30 – 3.00 Research Funding

 

A welcome from the Directors of the Arts and PVAC Graduate Schools followed by talks about AHRC/ WRoCAH Studentships and University of Leeds Scholarships.

 

3.00 – 4.00 Open Forum

 

Postgraduate Research Administrators will be available to answer any queries.
