U3A visits to London Canal Museum are offered exactly the same deal as any other adult groups visiting.  As yet we have not been asked to be a venue or offer more than the standard introductory talks, so not sure how our board would work that, although I would suspect that they would be charged as usual

Dear Esther,

It might be worth contacting organisations outside museums who work with U3A as well.

Dear GEMers,

We will soon be opening a new learning centre here at Knole and I’m keen to work with our local U3A groups.  I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experience of working with U3A….

I’d be interested in finding out:

·        Do you provide a venue for U3A meetings / lectures etc?

·        If so, how much do you charge?

·        What part do you / your team play in the organisation of talks / lectures etc?

·        Have you done any other kinds of partnership working with U3A groups?

Thank you in advance for your responses!

With best wishes

Esther
