in theory, you could do:

fslcpgeom /usr/local/fsl/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm.nii.gz L-dAI.nii.gz

However, there is something wrong with your image when you open it in fslview. This is certainly not an insular mask.

FSL experts,

I received the following insula mask from a collaborator of mine, who seems to believe that it is in standard space. FSL seems to think that it is in scanner anatomical space. I believe it was made using a different software package (when I asked which software they use he was unsure), is there a way in which I can convert this in to MNI space via zero padding or something of that nature?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
