Hi FSL experts, I am interested in plotting the peristimulus plot (so some sort of % signal change across time or TR) for a particular ROI for each group (this is just an exploratory check of my data). I used Featquery to do this and I wanted to check in to make sure this is right. I used the input feat directory as my third level group directory and chose the cope images that represent group means. I then loaded a binarized mask of the ROI I am interested in. Lastly, I checked off convert cope/pe to %. In the output html it gives timeseries plots for this ROI -- is it right to interpret this as the average % signal across time/TR for that group for that ROI? Thanks, Danielle
