All of the atlases that ship with FSL are in the MNI152 coordinate space, so their MM coordinates (but not necessarily their voxel coordinates) are comparable.
I would like to know if is possible to compare the x,y,z values between different atlases (same values for same neurozone) or each atlas has own coordinate system.
