So, bedpostx is trying to read the voxel number 9215 for that slice,
but the slice only contains 9214 voxels (after applying the mask).

Can you check your mask and your data ?
They should have the same resolution.

Also, can you use bedpostx_datacheck to check your data, bvals and bvecs ?
