Dear FSL experts,

When I convolve the original EV by the optimal basis functions, FEAT generates 3 real EVs, one for each basis function.

In the FLOBS webpage (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FLOBS), it says: "The typically taken approach is to only pass up to the group level the canonical HRF regression parameter estimates.”

Does this mean only passing up the first real EV (I believe which is for the canonical HRF regression parameter estimate) associated with each original EV to the group level analysis?

Thanks,
Daniel
