Hi, in theory, you could do: fslcpgeom /usr/local/fsl/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm.nii.gz L-dAI.nii.gz However, there is something wrong with your image when you open it in fslview. This is certainly not an insular mask. FSL seems to think that it is in scanner anatomical space. I believe it was made using a different software package (when I asked which software they use he was unsure), is there a way in which I can convert this in to MNI space via zero padding or something of that nature? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! James
