Thanks Robin .There has been a suggestion to have something like a coin-operated unit – problem is the items being plugged in all over the place, sometimes causing trip hazards, or someone sitting taking up space in the library, etc, etc. What do you do re PAT for these chargers? For information our insurers have said we should not allow the charging of electronic cigarettes due to the risk of explosion (more than 113 fires blamed on such devices since 2012).
