Dear colleagues, we are looking at upgrading our booking system for the external lettings we have here at the college. This will allow us to work more smarter and free up administration costs with one department to the other.

Ideally we would like to draw down reports for different types of usage and cost, it would ideally be linked up to our financial  systems where invoices can be automatically generated for payment as a one stop system.

Advice on systems that you are using, recommendations, information good or bad and costs would be most appreciated.
