Dear all, I was converting a scale file into mtz file in ccp4 (using scalepack2mtz option) and then I got a mtz file that could not be opened in Coot. Does anyone knows how to convert scale file into mtz file that ends with Fobs and could be opened in Coot? Any help is appreciated, Thanks, Mei
