Dear Smith,
PHI is the phase in degrees, calculated from the model. You find it in mtz files produced by Phaser, Refmac or some other refinement program, not
in the primary mtz files produced by data processing software.

Will you please tell me what is the function of the label of PHI (and what is its type) for a mtz file? It seems it was not included
in the typical mtz file.
