Hi Maria, Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I've not really been able to get much information, particularly from our school office team. But the information I was given was that the CSV file which comes out of Blackboard is dropped into a network share folder. A SQL Server DTS job is then run on the file which in turn updates the SAL, SAS,SRR and SRA records as appropriate. I'm not sure how helpful the above is, but I'd be happy to discuss further if you think what we have could be of any use to you. Thanks, Joe
