Hi all,

I raised this with Alistair Brook, suggesting a lack of commitment to the European market. He responded that webinars for us would be announced next week.

Hi Esther

I registered for the Wednesday night event (approx 24 hours before) but never received the email with the login details.  I grumped a little on Twitter, making contact with one of their crew.  I tried again for the repeat last night and never got the confirmation email for that either (no, it's not been caught in any spam trap, either personal or institutional).  However, in a follow-up on Twitter, I did get a direct message, which included the link, from my contact so was finally able to participate last night.

And the point I wanted to report was that early on they said that the presentation(s) just past were primarily intended for their US customer base.  And, while I can't recall exactly what was said, I'm pretty certain they indicated that they were planning follow-up sessions aimed at those of us who fall under the banner of "international customers".

Hi everyone,

I have raised with our account manager that this is not showing a commitment to markets outside the US, and to be honest the advice to register so that you have access to the recording is a bit of a nonsense….we will see whether we can encourage them to consider providing appropriate time zone sessions for the international markets.

If I hear anything I will let you all know.

Best wishes,
Esther
