I did asked before about this but I would like your advice please so Can you please advice on the following :

I performed PPI using seed A for two group : group 1 and group 2.

Looking at individual group, I get different regions connected t o seed A for group 1 than group 2. However when performing a direct 2 test comparison I get very few different ROI between the two group.

Questions:

1- Which test should be reported ? And if both how to comment on them even they are different?

2- Is it acceptable to report just the individuals ?
