Do you know how SPM RealignUnwarp handles situations where fieldmap has less brain coverage then the EPI?

- Are the missing slices masked out?

- Does SPM ‘extrapolate’ fieldmap information to the missing slices?

- Does SPM leave missing slices un-unwarped?
