Try Chris R. MRIcroGL. It is easy powerfull and free. Save your thresholded maps on SPM (button Save) and use this map as an overlay on MRIcroGL. Use a template image as background. You can add your rois also, but they need to be images... (easy to create)

Hi all,
I asked several times about this and could not find a way
If I have several roi how can i visualise them into the spm renders?
Also would it be possible to visualse a roi and activations in the same render
