I was wondering if there is any toolbox (as SPM extension) or MATLAB script available available to calculate T1 signal intensity from DCE T1-maps (relaxivity, R (1/T1)) ?

I have DCE T1-maps converted from DCE maps so I am interesting in plotting signal intensity of T1 images.

I would really appreciate any help.
