Subject: [SDF] Peer to Peer Recognition System

Dear Colleague,

We are investigating a technical solution to support with facilitation of staff recognising great performance in their colleagues. For example, I may have worked with a colleague who I feel demonstrated excellent behaviours, e.g. responsiveness, collaboration and I want this to recognised by the organisation.

Naturally they'd be a criteria on which to enable this to take place/happen to ensure that staff are recognising or nominating their mates, (!) but I am keen to know if you are aware of any type of technology that may exist that could support this process on-line at all please?

If you are, it would be great to hear from you.

All the best,

Anna
