I would like to attend the 2 day Kipling conference in Shimla in April 2016. Is something being arranged from the UK regarding booking a place, accommodation etc. or do we do this via the Indian Institute in Shimla. I will probably tie this in with a longer holiday if possible. I also checked the website and the dates are advertised as 26-28 April, which differ from those published in the recent publication of the Kipling Journal (Vol 89, September 2015 edition), which says 20-22 April.
