A report by an independent auditor, Roles Management Institute, issued to the ICT Authority Friday states that only 31 government agencies against an existing 263 submitted their data to the Kenya Open Data Portal this year. It further states that in 2011 only four agencies complied, with the number moving to 25 last year.
