A hallmark feature of the Pacific Conference on Spectroscopy and Dynamics is our tradition that twelve contributed talks are reserved for graduate students and post-doctoral associates. Contributed talks are 15 minutes long + 5 minutes for questions. The Pacific Conference on Spectroscopy and Dynamics is an international forum exploring Molecular Spectroscopy, broadly interpreted, in both gas and condensed phases. In its 63rd year, this 3-day, single session conference features invited and contributed talks, two poster sessions, and ample opportunities for discussion. Situated at the Asilomar Conference Center in Pacific Grove, on the dramatic Pacific Coast of California, the venue provides an impressive, peaceful background for the meeting.
