The Pacific Conference on Spectroscopy and Dynamics is an international forum exploring Molecular Spectroscopy, broadly interpreted, in both gas and condensed phases. In its 63rd year, this 3-day, single session conference features invited and contributed talks, two poster sessions, and ample opportunities for discussion.
