Dear all,

The Museums Computer Group is looking for an official blogger and an official photographer for our UKMW15: Bridging gaps, Making connections conference at the British Museum in London on 26 October 2015.

In exchange for a bursary to attend the event for free, we would like:

* A blogger to write a full and rich account of the day for us to post on the MCG website.
* A photographer to take photographs during the day of speakers and delegates for us to post on the MCG website.

We will provide fuller briefs to the selected individuals.

If you are interested in being the official UKMW15 blogger or photographer, please email me ([log in to unmask]) by 14 October with information about your credentials and why you are the right person for this opportunity.

We will confirm the blogger and photographer by 16 October. If you require assistance with travel expenses, then please let us know in your email as we may be able to help cover this.

We would especially like to hear from students or unwaged individuals who would benefit from attending the conference. Please note that the successful individuals must be able to bring their own equipment (laptop or equivalent / digital camera).

There are still tickets left for the event on Eventbrite – http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/ukmw15-bridging-gaps-making-connections-sponsored-by-beacontent-tickets-18201911407?ref=ebtn

You can also see the full programme on the MCG website – http://museumscomputergroup.org.uk/2015/08/13/sneak-preview-whos-speaking-at-ukmw15/ .

Best wishes,

Rebecca Atkinson
MCG committee member
