Hi!

I would consider working with other partners in your area to create a ticketing system which involved shared funding, or investment in your own online ticketing system; Alternatively, speak to your IT gurus about networks and access to new events management websites. The JISCMAIL list for digital learning might advise on contacts.

Kind regards,

Hi GEM land

We have been Eventbrite users for our free and charged for events for some while now (on the Museum of Walking wordpress website) but they have just hiked their charges and that means that the margins on our low cost ticketed events are so slim we may need to look elsewhere - or change our strategy entirely.

We know of but not used Billeto and Brown Tickets as alternative sites.  We did at one point get a developer build an on-line booking form for us, but sync-ing it with PayPal caused no end of problems and then our forms got spammed....

Would welcome suggestions or comments.

Best, Andrew
