Hi - not quite what I was asking - how many timepoints per subject?

Hi Steve,

Yes, melodic has produced 148 components and I only have 55 subjects. Should I remove any components that appear to be movement and noise before proceeding to the dual regression?

Thanks,
Casey

Hi - are you running with more group-level components than individual-dataset-timepoints?
Cheers, Steve.

Hi FSL experts

I'm running melodic and dual regression on a group 55 subjects. When I reached the dual regression stage I received an error message of "DOF cannot be zero or negative!" in drC. I tried to check the stats/dof  for each subject (as has been suggested in other posts) but found the stats folders from melodic were empty for each subject despite ticking Output Stats folder in the melodic setup. Is the missing output from melodic the reason for my error message in the dual regression? And if so, do you have any suggestions as to how to fix it?

I've attached my melodic set up design.

Thankyou for any help,
Casey
