Does the new Eddy function correct for motion? I know it corrects for eddy current distortions in my data. From previous datasets/papers using FSL, they seem to run mcflirt to correct for motion, then the old eddy_correct function. Should I do the same when running Eddy?

Is there anything else I should be aware of when running Eddy?
