Dear all,
What is the "best" way to regress out nuisance variables in a resting-state analysis? I have read about using fsl_glm and fsl_regfilt to regress out motion parameters as well as global signal, but I am not sure if I am actually removing nuisance signals correctly. Currently, I am just interested in regressing out motion parameters, so I am wondering if the following command is appropriated for that purpose (assuming I already have motion parameters stored in a txt):
<< fsl_regfilt -i input_image -o ouput_image -d motion_parameters.txt -f "1,2,3,4,5,6" >>
I would appreciate any suggestion and comment.
