Hi Anderson, just wondering if there is a way to get each subjects correlation IC to a score, And not as a group or group comparison. You mentioned that fsl-glm was not required and that DR with zero permutation will give me want I am looking for.i run it but get the group result and not each individual subjects IC score correlation.
