We have a fixed term vacancy for 12 months to support processing information requests and especially subject access requests.

This vacancy will concentrate on supporting information requests directed at our children, families and adults social care Group.  You will be liaising with social workers and records management to locate and process subject access requests, liaising with the public and external partner organisations.

The role does involve working with very sensitive and sometimes explicit information in case files and hence there is a high emotional demand. However it is a rewarding role serving and supporting children and adults who are or have been in receipt of care.

The role offers an opportunity to receive training and qualifications for someone who wants to be in and advance their career in information management / governance, with plenty of opportunities to gain more experience and be supported by our team of professional information staff.
