But Pavel I think that you should leave it to the user to decide, that is, he/she should be able to calculate the map Fo-Fo and decide if it's informative and if not why (lack of isomorphism, bad scaling etc.).

Phenix could not work as the cell dimensions are not close enough. Changing some criteria in phenix may work. But, I don't know how to do that.


this is for reason. More different cell parameters, less useful map you will get.
