Dear Anil,

Phenix-specific problems are best discussed on the Phenix bulletin board.

I would suggest going to that bulletin board and posting more information about how you ran autosol, and which version of Phenix you are using.  If you're not using the latest stable release (1.10.1), then the first advice will probably be to update and see if the problem goes away!
