Dear ccp4bb,
Whenever a ligand was loaded to coot, it became very very slow on rotaion, zooming...
When I "go to atom..." of the protein molecue, or just double click the protein molecue, coot once again became fluently.
The computer was not old with intel CORE i7 and graphics card HD4000. OS is ubuntu 14.04. coot version is 0.8.1

Does anyone met this problem?
