They’re an independent publisher, a specialist in non-fiction. (Poets John Ash and Marius Kociejowski both published travel-related books with them, on Turkey and Syria, respectively.) Distribution here is by Macmillan, and I don’t recognise the US distributor: http://www.ibtauris.com/Footer/Distribution.aspx <http://www.ibtauris.com/Footer/Distribution.aspx> They’re good, but they’re obviously not a major house.
