SRG Clinical are currently recruiting for a very exciting position. We are looking for a Principal Statistician to specialise in the area of Risk Based Monitoring within Clinical Trials. This is a great opportunity to build and develop a new area within the Statistical Innovation Team in Cambridgeshire UK.

 

Principal Statistician to specialise in Risk Based Monitoring

Are you a natural problem solver?

As the Principal Statistician you would consult with the clinical study monitoring teams on interpretations of key risk indicators and the definition of findings which trigger study monitoring actions.

You would have to evaluate the most appropriate statistical approaches and validate new techniques for assessment of risk indicators.

Desired Skills and Experience

·         Experience of clinical drug development and study monitoring teams 

·         An understanding of Centralised Data Monitoring and Risk Based Monitoring

·         Experience of advanced statistical techniques for clinical data monitoring

·         Broad knowledge of statistical methods and their application to clinical or medical data

·         Statistical software: R, Spotfire/visualisation, SAS
