SRG Clinical are currently recruiting for an Analyst/Programmer to be based in Hertfordshire

Key  Responsibilities:
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

• Lead change management processes to realize the value of IT innovations / improvements

• Translate business goals and performance requirements into IT business cases

• Support the local rollout of globally defined solutions/enhancements

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation culture and develop and outside-in view

• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams

 

Qualifications:
• IT related degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience required.

• Experience in Life Science and pharmaceutical commercial arena would be an advantage.

• Experienced in coordinating work tasks with others for timely completion and to avoid potential setbacks.

• Proven ability to independently solve problems and combine data from multiple sources to determine causes of issues

• Experience managing complex technical projects within a global matrix structure

• Experience using SQL,SQL Plus, PL/SQL

• Experience of Oracle, Oracle Forms & Reports, SAP R/3 databases

• Microsoft Project Server

• Six Sigma
