Is Britain Fairer? launches today

The biggest review to date of Britain's progress towards equality and human rights is published today by the Equality and Human Rights Commission. It finds that while great strides have been made, inequalities have widened in a number of areas, leaving certain groups at risk of falling behind in life.

It is the first opportunity to measure progress since the Commission's inaugural review of equality in 2010.
