The Leadership Foundation for Higher Education is looking for a Programme Co-facilitator to support the development and delivery of a new HEFCE (Higher Education Funding Council for England) funded programme focused on tackling diversity challenges within the higher education sector by supporting early career academics from BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) in their transition into leadership roles. The programme is aimed at staff who are about to take their first step into, applying for a senior role – or aspire to a leadership role.
