Dear SPM community, I have preprocessed PET scan data for some subjects and defined few VOIs for each subject (in .voi format) using PMod. On the other hand, I also preprocessed MRI data (realignment and co-registration steps), of same subjects using SPM12. I was wondering if there is any way I can use the VOIs I defined in PMod and import those for MRI preprocessed data to get time-activity curve? If yes, could some one please suggest me few toolboxes which would be helpful to do the job. Thanks a lot. Martin
