Hi all, The Royal Society of Chemistry Outreach Fund is once again open for applications. The deadline is 5pm on Friday 30 October. Through the fund we aim to encourage and support the development of projects that raise awareness of chemistry in people’s everyday lives, and/or develop the science communication skills of those who are already highly trained in chemistry. Members or anyone else organising such activities are invited to apply for financial support. There are three categories of grants available: 1. Small grants - up to £2,000 2. Medium grants - between £2,000 and £10,000 3. Large grants - between £10,000 and £50,000 You can find everything you need to know, including a list of projects that we have previously supported, at http://www.rsc.org/awards-funding/funding/outreach-fund/.
