A History of the UK Film Council. A  round table discussion on the occasion of the publication of The Rise and Fall of the UK Film Council  (Edinburgh University Press) with co-authors Gillian Doyle, Philip Schlesinger and Raymond Boyle chaired by Nick James editor of Sight & Sound.  The book draws on interviews with leading film executives, politicians and industry stakeholders – including ex-UKFC chairs Alan Parker, Stewart Till and Tim Bevan, and CEO John Woodward to examine the fate of the UKFC, which was abolished in 2010.
